The Project:

After a successful submission of a design and build proposal, Falcon were awarded the contract to install a new LV sub main power distribution system to the new extension facility within the existing plant.

The works involved the complex installation of a new ladder rack containment system which was mainly installed on the roof of the building to contain the new trefoil cabling supplies.

Extra health and safety measures had to be put in place with a constant review of the method statement and risk assessment to ensure the safety of all those involved with the works.

Following careful planning and regular assessment additional support to the project was put in place with a specialist lifting contractor to assist our team with the lifting of cable drums and heavy equipment onto the roof areas.

The works were safely completed within several weeks and were delivered to an exceptionally high standard  by our dedicated team of electrical project managers, chargehands and installation electricians.
